We are skilled trial lawyers licensed to practice in all New Jersey State Courts, as well as the U.S. Federal Courts and the United States Supreme Court and have won several appellate verdicts involving products liability and assault -- most significantly, a landmark case involving a worker suing their employer outside of worker's compensation. In Laidlaw v. Hariton Machinery Co., Inc., et. al., 170 NJ 602 (2000), I represented Mr. Laidlaw (plaintiff), and was responsible for the brief. I argued the case the NJ Supreme Court. The decision made is favorable to employees who are injured as a result of  intentional actions on the part of employers. Prior to the issue involving the culpability of the employer, we settled  the aspect of the case against the manufacturer of the product (a complex 
industrial machine base) on products liability.
